How much does a move in Barcelona cost?

The price is €33/h Monday to Friday (VAT included). Saturdays +15% (€40.25/h), Sundays and Catalan holidays +25% (€43.75/h). You only pay for the real time worked, with a 1-hour minimum.

What is the minimum booking time?

The minimum is 1 full hour. After that, billing is per real minute. If the job takes 1h 23min, you pay exactly that.

Is there a weekend or holiday surcharge?

Yes. Saturdays +15% on the base rate. Sundays and Catalan holidays +25%. These prices are clearly shown in the calendar during booking.

Are fuel and kilometres included?

Yes. The price includes driver, van, fuel and kilometres within our coverage area (Barcelona and up to ~40 km). For trips beyond, we quote on request.

Is there a zone supplement?

Yes, in some metro-area municipalities a supplement of €6 to €28 applies depending on distance from Barcelona. It's shown automatically when you enter the addresses.

Do you issue invoices for companies?

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

You pay nothing when booking. You confirm the booking without entering any payment details. The amount is calculated on the real minutes worked and charged only when the job is done.

How much do I have to pay in advance?

Nothing. ClickFurgo charges no deposit of any kind when booking. 100% of the amount is calculated and charged at the end of the service.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, and it's free: since there is no upfront payment, there is nothing to refund. We just ask you to let us know as early as possible by email or WhatsApp to free up the driver's slot.

Can I change the date or time of my booking?

Yes, with enough notice. Message us on WhatsApp or by email and we'll arrange it subject to availability.

How is payment taken at the end?

When the job ends, the driver confirms the real minutes worked and you receive an email summary with the final amount. Payment is made by the method we confirm with you (cash or as agreed), with no surprises or hidden charges.

Does the driver help load and unload?

The service includes transport with a driver. You prepare and load, we drive. This lets us keep the lowest price on the market. For services with loading help, ask us.

What should I prepare before the driver arrives?

Have everything ready downstairs or by the lift. Large furniture is best disassembled. The more prepared, the faster and cheaper the job.

Can you enter Barcelona's Low Emission Zone (ZBE)?

Yes. Our vans are authorised to drive in Barcelona's Low Emission Zone without restrictions.

What if my things don't fit in one trip?

The van has ~12 m³ of capacity. If you think more than one trip may be needed, message us on WhatsApp first.

Yes. All services include liability insurance. The driver is professional and the vehicle passes regular inspections.

Many Barcelona streets have loading/unloading zones. If parking is difficult on your street, note it in the booking so the driver arrives prepared.

Where do you operate?

Mainly in Barcelona city and the metro area up to ~40 km: Hospitalet, Badalona, Cornellà, Sabadell, Terrassa, Mataró and more. When you enter the addresses, the system automatically detects if you're covered.

Yes. We do moves between Spanish cities and international removals to Europe. For long-distance routes, ask for a price by WhatsApp or email.

How does the zone supplement work?

It's a fixed cost added to the hourly price in some municipalities outside Barcelona city. It's calculated automatically from the addresses you enter and shown before you confirm.

Do you do complete removals with a crew, not just transport?

Yes. Besides the hourly van with driver, we offer full-service removals: a crew for loading and unloading, professional packing, furniture assembly and disassembly, and transport. These moves are quoted at a fixed price. Request it free from the Removals page.

What's the difference between 'van with driver' and a 'full-service move'?

The hourly van with driver (from €33/h) is ideal if you prepare, load and unload while we transport. The full-service move also includes a crew, packing and assembly at a fixed price based on volume, floor and access. You choose the format that fits your budget and time.

Do you move large flats or whole houses?

Yes. For homes with 3+ bedrooms, houses and high-volume moves, we usually work with a crew and a fixed quote. Tell us the details and we'll send a quote within 30 minutes.
